Jerry Visconti, the founder of the firm, graduated from Providence College (B.A. 1965) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1968). He practices in all areas of litigation and business law with particular emphasis on construction consulting and litigation, business and commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation, and matters at trial and appellate levels including employment, construction, and commercial litigation. Mr. Visconti brings over 32 years of legal experience to the firm. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, as well as before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Richard Boren, a past president of the Rhode Island Trial Lawyers Association, graduated from the University of Rhode Island (B.A. 1967) and St. John's University Law School (J.D. 1971). Mr. Boren has over 29 years of experience in litigating a tremendous variety of matters at all trial and appellate levels, including complex personal injury, employment litigation, family law, divorce law, environmental litigation, construction law and commercial litigation. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Dan Giammarco graduated from Providence College (B.A. 1980) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D. 1984). Mr. Giammarco practices in all areas of business, corporate, and commercial law including commercial transactions, business succession planning, land use, intellectual property, and environmental law. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
David Campbell graduated from Providence College (B.A. 1982) and Boston College Law School (J.D. 1985). Mr. Campbell practices primarily in the the areas of commercial and business litigation construction litigation, surety and insurance defense, professional liability and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit.
Jessica Papazian-Ross graduated from the University of South Florida (B.A. 1985) and from Vermont Law School (J.D. 1988). Ms. Papazian-Ross practices in the areas of civil litigation, construction litigation, personal injury, appellate practice, and employment law. She is admitted to practice in Rhode Island, Connecticut, and the District of Columbia, and before the U. S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Lillian Lloyd graduated from Rhode Island College (B.A. magna cum laude 1977; M.A. 1979), Suffolk University Law School (J.D. cum laude 1992), and Bryant College (M.S. Taxation 1999). Ms. Lloyd practices in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate, elder law, taxation of trusts and estates, disability planning and Medicaid planning. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District court for the District of Rhode Island.
Amy E. Stratton
Amy Stratton graduated from Boston College (B.A. 1994) and Suffolk University (J.D. 1997). Ms. Stratton practices in all areas of corporate and business law with a concentration in financing and loan transactions, real estate and mergers and acquisitions. She is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts and the U.S. Supreme Court.
David L. Fine
David Fine graduated from the University of Vermont (B.A 1999) and from Suffolk University Law School (J.D 2005). Mr Fine practices in all areas of civil litigation while concentrating in commercial and business law, construction law, labor law and employment law. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Gregory P. Cimino II (of Counsel) Greg Cimino graduated from Manhattanville College (B.A. 1992)
and the American University, Washington College of Law (J.D. 1995). Mr.
Cimino practices in the areas of commercial and business litigation, labor and
employment law, and civil rights. He is admitted to practice in Rhode
Island, Massachusetts, and New York, and before the U.S. District Courts for the
