LILLIAN MAGEE LLOYD, ESQ. Lillian Magee Lloyd graduated from Rhode Island College (B.A. Magna Cum Laude 1977; M.A. 1979), Suffolk University Law School (J.D. Cum Laude 1992) and Bryant College (M.S. Taxation 1999). Ms. Lloyd practices in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate, elder law, taxation of trusts and estates, disability planning and Medicaid planning. She is admitted to practice before all state courts in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island. Lillian is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has written numerous articles on Elder Law, estate and Medicaid planning, and Trusts. She frequently participates as a moderator/presenter at seminars for both professionals and the community and is continuously updating her knowledge and expertise.
