JESSICA PAPAZIAN-ROSS, ESQ. Jessica L. Papazian-Ross, Esq. of Visconti & Boren Ltd. practices in the areas of construction law, contract law, personal injury and employment law handling trials, appeals, mediations and arbitrations in her areas of practice. Ms. Papazian-Ross is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island, U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island, Connecticut and the District of Columbia. She is an active member of the Superior Court Bench Bar Committee of the Rhode Island Bar Association. Ms. Papazian-Ross is a co-author of the model Civil Jury Instructions for Rhode Island, which was a project undertaken by the Rhode Island Bar Association through the Superior Court Bench Bar Committee. Ms. Papazian-Ross authored a chapter on Analyzing Discovery and Investigation Issues for a book published by Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, Inc. entitled “A Practical Guide to Discovery in Rhode Island.” Ms. Papazian-Ross is a graduate of the University of South Florida (B.A. 1985) and Vermont Law School (J.D. 1988). email: jlpr@viscontilaw.com
